When will I be charged for my order?
- Orders are charged in full at the time that checkout is completed.
How will my package be shipped?
- For domestic buyers, we offer UPS Mail Innovations as an affordable choice for packages weighing under 1lb. For packages weighing over 1lb, buyers can choose between UPS Surepost or USPS.
- For international buyers, we offer UPS Mail Innovations or USPS Priority International for packages weighing up to 3.9lbs. For packages that are 4lb or more, USPS Priority Mail will be the only available option. International buyers should be aware that UPS Mail Innovations takes an average of 2 to 6 weeks for delivery, while USPS Priority takes an average of 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. USPS Priority is also the only international shipping option that offers complete tracking and insurance.
